We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, that's why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, when purchased directly from acaciasports.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items showing any signs of wear or use (for example: marks, scuffs, dirt, scratches, lint, odors) will not be accepted. Original packaging must be intact (no tape, markings or shipping labels applied). All shipping costs associated with any return will be the responsibility of the customer. Restocking/replacement shipping fees may apply.

To initiate a return, please contact infoc@acaciasports.com or your authorized Acacia representative. Please include the following pieces of information in your communication to us: 
1) Your full name
2) Original proof of purchase showing amount paid and date of purchase (if you do not have a receipt, we may be able to find the purchase in other ways, such as your name, event purchased at, or name of representative/ambassador you purchased your items from).
3) Your shipping address
4) A brief description of why you are returning the item.

In the event you believe there may be a manufacturing defect, we also ask that you provide:
5) Photos of your product which clearly show the area of concern (if the product is a shoe, please show the top of both shoes, the soles of both shoes, and a close up of the problem area).

Should you meet the above conditions, we will reach back out with additional instructions for returning the product, along with a return authorization code. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, and determining the above criteria are met, Acacia will provide a replacement product, a store credit or a promotional voucher/code for a future purchase.

Please note that shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to from Acacia. 

We reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.

We maintain records of consumer return and warranty activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns, exchanges and replacements. We do not sell the information captured through this process.
Please know that we'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. We do our best to be fair and ask that you do the same.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, used items, or items not purchased directly from acaciasports.ca

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
